The Saint George is an Edwardian home, built in 1899, furnished with the right balance of aesthetics and comfort. Tastefully furnished with family antiques and art. Rooms are large, comfortable, and sun filled. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed and is enjoyed by artists, musicians, academics, tourists, and business people alike.
Location
Centrally located in the older residential Annex area of historic homes and tree-lined streets. Walking distance to fine restaurants and cafes, museums and art galleries, and many cultural and academic institutions. It is an excellent retreat from where to enjoy all of Toronto's downtown attractions.
Attractions
Royal Ontario Museum, University of Toronto, Royal Conservatory of Music, Yorkville shopping are all within walking distance. A three minute walk to the Subway gives access to CN Tower, Harbourfront, Convention Centre, Skydome, Eaton’s Center, Theatre district.
Free overnight Street Parking. Parking lot $5 for 12 hours. CableTV and Wireless Internet in all rooms.
A convenient guest kitchen is available all day for coffee, lounging and relaxing. Ensuite private bathroom or shared bath.
